What you will be doing Reporting directly to the?Senior Manager, Design and Production? this role will be responsible for: * Supporting innovation and improvement in the production and design of printed materials by analysing challenges, researching solutions, and optimising processes.
* Leading projects related to ballot materials and printed products.
* Managing supplier communication and assessing performance against contracts.
* Facilitating collaboration with internal teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring quality assurance of major production runs.
What you will bring to the role * Strong knowledge of print production and design processes, advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, and experience with print and bindery equipment.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and adapt communication styles to different audiences.
* Strong planning and organisational abilities to manage priorities and deliver projects under tight deadlines.
