You are responsible for delivering an exceptional, right first time, service to our clients in line with the client's contractual requirements and ITGs own KPI's. Providing both strategic and operational leadership to the print team to deliver customer service excellence. You will work closely with the Integrated AD and BD to actively promote the full ITG offering to deliver continuous improvement initiatives and develop the account.What I need to do:You will need to build and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders/decision makers to ensure your team fully understands the client's strategy, aims and goals enabling ITG to deliver the best service.Professional adherence of all processes and best practice to ensure every project is produced impeccably, is right first time, every time and is always on-time.Respond to all client requirements within the designated SLA frameworks.Accurately maintain account activity status reports to formulate meaningful monthly packs to be able to present to both the client and to ITG to monitor account performance and client priorities.Responsibility for the print P&L, you must optimise the commercial benefits from the customer to ensure maximum profitability whilst remaining with client's commercial agreements.How will I succeed:A partnership approach to working with the client; you must be able to manage their expectations for project delivery - don't be afraid to challenge constructively.Build positive and professional working relationships with your colleagues and internal customers to enable smooth transition of all processes.Educate your account team to obtain accurate information from the customer to formulate full and accurate briefs.Regular 1:1s with your team to identify any additional training needs to make sure the team are always at the for front of knowledge for the client.Understanding print, digital, creative and artwork and the challenges that come with these specialist disciplines to be able to manage client expectations from the offset.
