Your opportunity We are currently seeking a Print and Delivery Supervisor to support the print and logistical requirements within the Scentre Group Support Office and Westfield Centres in Australia and New Zealand. A snapshot of your role:
Partner Management: Ensure we have the best partners in place with market-tested rates.Courier and Mail Services: Organise all incoming and outgoing couriers/mail, arranging distribution or collection.Print Requests: Handle requests for business cards, posters, booklets, and laminating.Expense Management: Oversee invoicing, invoice coding, and Concur expenses.IT Equipment Management: Accept incoming IT equipment, enter ticket numbers, review, alert customers, and close tickets.Consumables Ordering: Order milk and other consumables, and monitor stock levels of stationery.Ad Hoc Office Support: Perform additional office support duties as needed.What will set you apart from the rest?
