About the Role In this pivotal role, you will map and document internal and external training department processes, develop governance structures, and establish standardised procedures that drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our Learning Management System (LMS). Your work will contribute directly to the success of Barminco's strategic objectives by ensuring seamless integration between our Perenti Global Framework and broader business procedural changes.
