The Role:
Commencing 2025, on a full-time, permanent basis. Lead the school, in numerous aspects of life, such as wellbeing, staff development, recruitment, finances, strategy, business management, and community relations. Support the other Principal in their leadership role. Ability to recontextualize the role depending on experience Opportunity to gain experience in or continue in higher level leadership Alternative school context which allows students and staff to thrive particularly in wellbeing This is a new role, so can make it your own Competitive salary range To be successful you will need:
