Role Description: As a Lead Structural Engineer, you will lead complex projects and provide advanced expertise in structural design & analysis. This is a chance to work closely within an existing team as well as develop your own technical design group using our clients' existing structural staff. We are looking for an engineer who can rise to technical design challenges and wants to help drive a close-knit, collaborative, friendly team forward in technically demanding areas within Structural Engineering.
This role will see you be responsible for: Leading the structural engineering outcomes in conceptual design, front-end engineering, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover, and operations whilst ensuring regulatory compliance.Management of design projects including scope definition, financial management, project scheduling, quality, and risk management.Active role in the development and maintenance of positive client relationships and ongoing business development.Developing innovative solutions through the application of engineering knowledge and judgement, including concrete supports, structures, skid design, and structural design principles.Responsible for leadership and development of junior team members.About you: You'll have a genuine passion for re-imagining problems and continuous learning to help shape the future.
