Join a major player wanting to grow the division - with offices on the East Coast. Are you a Principal Structural Engineer looking to make a name for yourself in the local market? This role offers a chance to be an equal leader with one other Associate Director within a competent and stable Structural team to continue to build on their strong pipeline of business.
Your Responsibilities: Manage a team of 3 engineers and 3 drafters. Deliver projects in Schools and social housing. Assist in growing the division. This opportunity is for an accomplished team manager who can deliver projects and bring in new business (with no financial pressure in the short term). Based on your performance and success, this could lead to a key part of this national consulting firm, including future directorship/ownership.
Incentives: Serious about putting a strategy in place and will have the backing and support of key directors. Strong profit share plan in place where Senior and Management staff can make a decent bonus per annum not seen in the big companies.
