ensure we can identify and anticipate client needs.The Principal Strategy and Transformation is responsible for driving the commercial performance of the Capability and Performance Units (billability and margin), ensuring the high quality and commercial viability of services provided to the market.You will develop new offerings to bring to the market and hone the value proposition for our clients.Additionally, you will provide direction to project teams, coach and develop our people, and ensure the growth of our capability and market share.With your help, we will seize the opportunity to partner with clients and make a collective impact greater than the sum of our parts.The role is boundaryless, and the Capability Lead will contribute to the leadership of Jacobs' Strategic Consulting and Advisory business across ANZ, Asia, and the Middle East, as required.#LI-AP1 Here's what you'll need • Tertiary qualifications relevant to Strategy and/or Business Transformation, as well as consulting or equivalent experience.• A passion for people leadership and the ability to drive a team culture of diversity and inclusivity.• Extensive experience in strategy development and delivery of transformative change, including a strong client network and understanding of the latest trends and innovations.• A strategic and innovative mindset, coupled with strong business acumen
