Principal level Strategic Asset Management & Risk Advisor , with a skill set focused on strategic asset management to join our Digital Advisory team.
This role is a full-time permanent staff position reporting to the Global Practice Lead for Risk Advisory & Strategic Asset Management and Local Regional Manager.
Our ideal candidate will be capable of leading client engagements to support businesses with asset management, development and delivery of asset management (ISO 55000) framework, asset performance management, asset reference plans, maintenance, sparing and reliability engineering solutions addressing client needs within the APAC region.
Contribute and lead marketing and business development, undertaking APAC and global market analyses to identify opportunities.
High degree of client engagement and management, with responsibility for specific clients and ongoing relationships with technology partners.
Oversee and contribute to the preparation of proposals.
Provide technical and commercial direction to consultants, provide overview of project schedules and budgets.
Provide technical leadership in strategic asset management, risk, maintenance & reliability engineering.
Contribute as Peer Reviewer / SME on global projects.
Assist with professional development of engineers and consultants.
Assist in the training, development and competency of Wood clients and staff.
As a member of the team, you will need to have and demonstrate:
Engineering degree from a recognised university or college in a relevant discipline.
+20 years engineering and consulting experience in asset intensive industries.
Proven track record of technical delivery, client management and business development.
Extensive knowledge in Strategic Asset Management, ISO 55000 and certification as Senior Practitioner in Asset Management or equivalent.
Proven extensive experience in operations and maintenance processes.
Practical experience in Modelling, RCM, FRACAS, LCC, FMECA, LoRA and other asset related techniques.
Well-developed computer skills and knowledge of databases, spreadsheets and typical reliability engineering and assets performance criteria.
Strong knowledge of the regional and global market and relevant industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, Mining, Infrastructure.
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships based on technical credibility.
Demonstrated experience in undertaking business development activities.
Ability to structure and organise workflow, including appropriate delegation to internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in team leadership, analytical, solutions driven.
Ability to influence and inspire confidence around technical solutions.
