About the job We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Principal Strategic Adviser, providing invaluable support to the GM Sustainable Infrastructure. This pivotal position entails advising, developing, and delivering presentations and communications essential to the realisation of our Sustainable Infrastructure business plan. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, adeptly employing the Minto Pyramid Methodology to ensure clarity and impact. More than just a skilled communicator, this individual will embody the essence of unity, fostering cohesion and alignment among team members. They will operate through influence, eschewing divisiveness and embracing collaboration with Senior Managers. We seek someone who wields influence delicately, utilizing their authority to support and unite. In addition, your responsibilities will include: Fostering trust with our people, customers and community by providing expert advice and service that ensure we effectively communicate and engage audiences with our business strategy and its delivery across South Australia, every day. You will: Support GM Sustainable Infrastructure with development of Sustainable Infrastructure plans and communication Co-design and monitor the execution of Sustainable Infrastructure metrics, reports, and processes to drive consistency and efficiency Provide effective and timely written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders Monitor external environment and ensure GM Sustainable Infrastructure is advised of emerging challenges Drive strategic initiatives and process improvement to optimise efficiencies and productivity Your success in this role will come from: Bachelor's Degree in engineering, Commerce, Business, Law, marketing, public relations or communications is essential Strong written and verbal communication, influencing, project management skills, including concise and impactful translation of technical matters to strategic stakeholder audiences and vice versa is essential Work collaboratively, exchange information, and assist team members and stakeholder achieve overall business wide objectives and outcomes is essential Proven ability to generate excitement to influence, empower and develop teams across the business and at all levels to support the development of a customer focussed strategic framework is essential Demonstrated capabilities in development customer focussed strategic frameworks and solutions to complex issues and systems thinking approach Significant experience/knowledge across a breadth of infrastructure and operations Further information can be found in the attached PD - Principal Strategic Adviser To apply, click 'Apply'.
