The Role Key responsibilities include: Lead as a spiritual guide within the school, parish, and local community, nurturing a culture of inclusivity and faith-inspired values. Drive continuous improvement in learning outcomes for all students through innovative strategies and effective leadership. Facilitate the formation and professional growth of staff at all career stages, from early career to experienced professionals. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the parish, school stakeholders, and the broader regional community. Collaborate with regional Principal colleagues to contribute to system-wide and diocesan priorities. Ensure responsible stewardship of financial and capital resources, optimising their utilisation for the benefit of the school and community.
