Reporting directly to the Crew Tech Lead Asset Finance and Working Capital this role will lead product, feature designs, and technical strategy while being critical to the function's end to end software engineering lifecycle.Our Principal Software Engineers are hands-on technical subject-matter experts, accountable for significant portions of large platforms end-to-end, from teams to the security, performance, and reliability.While having no direct reports, you will be guiding and mentoring the engineers across your crew to scaffold the develop of elegant, well tested, and maintainable code and or software solutions.We're interested in hearing from people who: Can design innovative solutions to solve complicated problems as part of a cross-functional squad.Have lead major end to end green field solutions end to end including discovery, strategy, design, product, development and deploy.Work with a true DevSecOps mindset and approach.
