Key Responsibilities:

Define and drive technical vision, strategy, and architecture aligning with business objectives.
Lead R&D efforts, exploring emerging technologies and evaluating their applications for system enhancement.
Lead the design of highly scalable, fault-tolerant systems, making critical architectural decisions.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to multiple engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams, effectively communicating technical concepts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
12+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, focusing on scalable system design and development.
Mastery in various programming languages, frameworks, and deep knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
Proven ability to provide strategic technical leadership, mentor teams, and influence organizational direction.
Profound analytical skills to address intricate technical challenges and innovate solutions.
Exceptional communication abilities to engage stakeholders and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
