Primary responsibilities: Act as the technical authority for all opportunities within the assigned regionDeep technical expertise of Zscaler technologiesDeep technical expertise of Domain specific Customer EnvironmentsEngage directly with customer in coordination of the field SEs to help move opportunities forward on weekly/daily basisProvide technical Quality Assurance on top opportunities in region and engage directly where necessaryAssist with champion building in priority accountsPromote technical excellence across the team and modeling best practicesPOV execution & POV documentation (PoV plan & playbook)Oversee success criteria, ensuring differentiationCarry lead role in at least one TAGThe PSE will also be the regional TAG lead for one of the 7 core TAG technologiesAbility to interact with PM team to disseminate product knowledge to fellow SE'sCreate content and document solutions such as white papers, product documentation, and training for internal or external use.Additional responsibilities: Engage with key technical leaders at top partners and build relationshipsSupport ongoing coaching and technical SE team membersOwnership of technical content in the SE weekly callOwning and responding to questions in the Regional SE slack channelSupport content development for technical enablement and partner with REV team on content deliveryAct as the technical screener for all new candidates within the teamParticipate all panel interviews with the assigned regionPartner with Product Management for ER PrioritizationQualifications External candidates must already be in architect/principal SE/PSE positionInternal candidates must have 2 years in SE role at Zscaler (preferably at Senior SE level)Must demonstrate a annual attainment above 100% in one of first last two years. SE's with tenure over 2yrs must have made their quota 75% of the time.Demonstrated mastery of Zscaler sales and technical sales processHas shown ability to support customers outside of assigned account listHigher level industry certificationsTrack record of strong presentations at internal and external eventsAbove average POV Win RateParticipated in a TAG for over a yearHas shown ability to mentor new hires (with positive feedback from "SE Buddies" )Demonstrated ability to train and disseminate information to technical communities, both internally and externally
