The Richard Gill School is a comprehensive, secular, independent primary school with a musical focus, tailored around the educational philosophy of Richard Gill AO. With 45 students currently, the school plans to grow to be a K-6 primary school by 2026, aspiring to become a K-12 school in the future. Music and physical education are cornerstones of the curriculum, providing an opportunity for regional students to engage in a unique education where creativity plays a central role in all key learning areas.
Applications are invited from passionate, motivated, suitably qualified and experienced persons for the position of Principal. The successful applicant will report to the Board and will have:
Appropriate Professional educational qualifications and Tertiary Education
Committed to the practice and principles of Independent / Non government Schooling
Primary Education trained with music credentials
Experience in senior management (Principal or Deputy)
Effective, passionate and innovative educator
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in developing the capability of school staff and leaders
Practical hands-on all rounder
