Total Remuneration: $187,890 to $205,911 pa (including salary of $158,770 to $173,998 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)
Equivalent to a Level D Academic (Associate Professor)

With a focus on liquid hydrogen storage and its integration into hydrogen derivatives, you'll work closely with industry partners and international experts to deliver innovative, real-world solutions. Your leadership will be essential in advancing groundbreaking research that contributes to the global hydrogen agenda. In this role, you'll build and lead a dynamic research team, secure new funding, and develop key partnerships that strengthen hydrogen storage technologies. Position Requirements A PhD in Chemical Engineering or equivalent discipline with a strong research background in experimental thermo-fluids research, liquid hydrogen, hydrogen storage and distribution systems.
Demonstrated record of successful performance in tertiary education or research, relevant to the field.
Knowledge and understanding of University management, governance and quality assurance frameworks.
Demonstrated record of success at planning and managing projects, implementing change to improve overall organisational performance culture and proven success in supervising research and people.
