Principal Recruitment Consultant

Details of the offer

Introduction:
"People are not your most important asset. The right people are." – Jim Collins
Are you a Senior Consultant with strong experience in tech recruitment for the Federal Government sector? Ready to bring your expertise in building trusted stakeholder relationships to The Onset and build this practice from scratch?
Description:
About the Role:
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you'll work with the CEO and Managing Director to build our Federal Government tech and digital recruitment vertical. You'll be more than a consultant; you'll own a business line, and you/our success will be dependent on you taking this vertical and making it your own. This is not a portal-based recruitment role, and we expect you to become a trusted partner and advisor to major Federal Government stakeholders. This role is about rolling your sleeves up, building great relationships within a wide scope of Federal Government entities, and finding and hiring great people to help build the infrastructure that supports Australia's economic growth and development.
With a focus on relationship-building and sector expertise, you'll leverage your deep knowledge of requirements and processes to deliver on high-value roles. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in business development, understands the intricacies of Federal Government recruitment, and knows the Australian tech landscape inside out.
In this role, you'll:
Drive client acquisition and business development for Federal Government recruitment, building strong and lasting relationships with government stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for critical tech and digital roles.
Collaborate with our expert Delivery team and utilise cutting-edge tools to ensure client and candidate success.
Why Join Us?
We understand that success isn't just about placements; it's about creating an environment that supports your growth:
Industry-best commission model with monthly and quarterly incentives.
Complete training and tailored development programs.
Employee Assistance and Wellbeing Program.
Premium tech setup with iPhone and MacBook.
Annual off-sites and social events to celebrate our successes.
Skills and Experiences:
About You:
You're a specialist in tech or digital recruitment with a proven background in the Federal Government sector.
Demonstrated experience in developing and growing a desk, ideally within a specialised tech or digital focus.
A client-focused approach with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and consult at a high level.
Join us, and let's make an impact together!
