As the Principal Project Officer, you will participate in a small team leading the development of school resourcing models. This includes making reasonable adjustments to support applicants at all stages of the process and employee lifecycle.About The RoleAs the Principal Project Officer, you will:Collaborate on the development of workforce related initiatives for the School Resourcing Review which incorporate research, analysis, planning, strategy, policy review and development.Contribute to the development and delivery of workforce related artefacts to support the implementation of a new resourcing model for Queensland State Schools.Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToDeveloping resourcing distribution models for schools which align system objectives.Synthesis complex concepts and present them in a way which can be consumed by non-technical audiences.Providing high-level advice through briefings with both internal and external stakeholders, including senior executive officers.Working collaboratively with the broader Review team, sharing information with other streams and incorporating the work from those streams during development of models.Interested?
