The EFI empowers staff to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to excel in their role.As Principal Project Officer (Monitoring and Evaluation), you will:Support the design and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation program for the Education Futures InstituteLead key monitoring, evaluation and research activities across the EFI and the expansive suite of flagship, priority and statewide capability development programsBuild strong partnerships and collaborative approaches through providing monitoring and evaluation expertise and support in line with departmental requirements and strategic prioritiesConduct research, monitoring, evaluation and reporting to inform and enhance the impact of evidence-based professional learning.This temporary vacancy is available until 30 June 2025 unless otherwise determined.This role will report to the Director, Governance & Implementation, Capability.The ideal applicant is someone who:Demonstrates strategic leadership and visionBrings strong monitoring and evaluation expertise and applicationFosters healthy and inclusive workplacesEnjoys working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver on key initiatives.Interested?
