The role:
The roles will provide expert advice to the program and project delivery staff on management and governance frameworks, processes, and policies to ensure the consistent delivery of IM/ICT program and projects.
This will involve initiating, influencing, managing and maintaining the overall relationship between the eHealth Delivery Support Services and Digital Health and Business Solutions (DHBS) teams / Digitally Enabled Business Solutions (DEBS) teams and customers of eHealth Queensland.
Both roles will be pivotal in ensuring the monthly performance reporting information is accurate and high quality, leading the capability improvement of project delivery and support within DHBS and DSS.

To be successful in this role you will have significant experience in the provision of support to large scale, complex IM/ICT programs and projects; specifically, in the themes of planning, initiation, stakeholder management and communication, reporting, budgeting, financial and risk management, and project closure.
Your well-developed negotiation and communication skills will enable you to effectively negotiate and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders regarding the coordination of outputs of multiple specialist teams to deliver the solution as well as the preparation of written communication materials and service agreements.
You will have a proven ability to analyse, plan and manage specialised work packages with a keen eye for detail.
You will have high level knowledge and application of appropriate project and program management methodologies (preferably PRINCE2, MSP and P3O), and an ability to provide expert advice on the use of appropriate project and program management techniques, methodologies and tools.
