We have an exciting fixed term temporary full-time opportunity for you to join our Reform Office based in Brisbane CBD! Manage reform project activities to enable the timely and effective delivery of complex and system-wide reform initiatives.
The purpose of the role is to manage reform project activities to enable the timely and effective delivery of complex and system-wide reform initiatives using a partnership approach. This role sits in the Partnerships team in the Reform Office, who are focused on strengthening collaboration and networks across the system and driving genuine partnerships to enable a shared commitment to health outcomes across our partners, including primary and community care, consumers, and between jurisdictions. While the fixed term temporary contract is until 30 June 2025, there is a possibility for extension in the role beyond this date.
The successful person In this role you will be valued for your knowledge and skills in your specialist area and you will deliver outcomes through self-management, sometimes with guidance from Managers and Directors.
You will have demonstrated:
Ability to build and maintain relationships and partnerships across the health system, including cross sector government and non-government, primary care and acute health system. Experience in leading, managing and implementing complex system-wide and/or state-wide projects that are time-critical and achieve expected deliverables. High-level analytical, data interpretation and evaluation skills including the ability to integrate multiple related activities to achieve deliverables and outcomes. Knowledge of health system reform, national and state strategic directions and priorities in relation to health system reform. High level negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, and effective written communication skills, including ability to compile reports, briefings, project documentation, discussion papers and submissions.
