We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities.
VHBA also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines.
During early 2024, we became a Project Office within the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority (VIDA), joining sister projects including the Metro Tunnel Project, Level Crossing Removal Project, West Gate Tunnel Project and Major Road Projects Victoria led by Director-General, Kevin Devlin.
The opportunity Newly created role Opportunity to deliver tangible community impact Enjoy a balance of remote & in-person collaboration In this newly created role you will lead the management and implementation of a managing contractor contract for the Warrnambool Base Hospital Redevelopment Project.
This senior role will involve leading a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team, integrating various project requirements, including engineering, cost management, constructability, and stakeholder relations.
Key responsibilities include: Confidently representing VHBA in negotiations with contractors Resolving complex issues through consultation Providing expert advice and delivering technical reports Managing stakeholder relationships and influencing project outcomes Please note, you'll be travelling to Warrnambool for regular project meetings.
