They provide strategic and policy leadership for Queensland Government on digital, customer experience and servicedelivery matters. They also support agencies with design management, capability development, corporate shared services, and customer service channels.CITEC Enabling Services, part of QGCDG, leads the design, procurement and management of key ICT assets and services including data centres, networks,compute and storage infrastructure and essential ancillary services for the Queensland Government.The role of Principal Project Manager is located within our Project Delivery team under Enabling Services.As a Principal Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the delivery of initiatives across CITEC. The role supports operational teams by drivinggovernance and project management methodology, calibrating activities to agreed priorities, and ensuring stakeholders stay informed.This role requires an analytical and solutions-oriented mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, an ability to communicate effectively, and negotiate andinfluence accordingly.The work you do has a ripple effect far beyond your immediate role.
