THE ROLE The Principal Project Manager, Business Services, Housing Development Branch is responsible for ensuring effective coordination of unit corporate accountabilities, planning, and staff engagement. You will lead a small team and operate in a complex and dynamic environment, requiring capacity to exercise sound judgement, liaise effectively with senior executives and build relationships with key people across the department and relevant stakeholders for Homes Victoria. The position plays a key leadership role and supports the delivery of outputs for Director, Large Scale Partnerships, and the Housing Development Branch. The position operates with a high-level of professionalism, autonomy, initiative and collaboration.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Provide senior advisory and executive support to the Director, Large Scale Partnership on corporate responsibilities and operational issues.Coordinate and manage delivery of divisional submissions, briefings and responses to corporate and government requirements, including business planning, performance monitoring and reporting, risk management and finance and resource management in line with departmental and divisional priorities.Manage and support ministerial, parliamentary, departmental divisional executive functions and processes.HOW TO APPLY All VPS employees (and ex-VPS employees with extended access to the Jobs and Skills Exchange website) MUST apply via the Jobs and Skills Exchange portal.
