Principal Program Reporting Advisor (Portfolio Reporting and Analysis)About TMR:

Responsibilities:
To thrive in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

Proven experience in interpreting and analysing large, complex data sets from various sources such as systems, cloud connections and databases and using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI to prepare accurate, high-quality spreadsheets, dashboards, reports and presentations.Demonstrated expertise in crafting clear, concise key messages from program analysis, delivering high quality, accurate written or verbal advice to support senior executive decision-making, and preparing materials for non-technical external audiences, including Ministerial briefings, departmental correspondence, parliamentary questions, and media releases.Strong ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with key internal stakeholders across the department and external partners, including Queensland Treasury and the Department of State Development and Infrastructure.Highly proficient time management and organisational skills, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and consistently deliver high-quality results.Provide technical leadership to enhance team capability by sharing knowledge and promoting best practices in data reporting and analysis.Additional Benefits this role offers: Work and Life balance, including 'flex time' and flexible work arrangements and a working from home option.Beautiful City location close to the Brisbane Botanical Gardens and public and active transport.Work with a supportive team, with a high level of training and development invested in each staff member.Generous leave and superannuation.Please tell us about any additional support or adjustments, such as interpreting services, physical requirements or assistive technologies, that will better enable you to shine during the recruitment process.
