Your work will be instrumental in advancing our mission to unlock the potential of every team by driving our enterprise strategy for the on-premises editions of Jira Software DC. You will focus on the strategic pillars of the Data Center product line, including security and compliance, scaling our products to ensure performance, high availability, flexible deployment options and to improving the quality of life of our users. You will accelerate results by delegating effectively to individuals or teams while providing clear expectations, support and follow-up. Your work will impact thousands of customers, including industry leaders.Scope of role:plays a key role in defining and driving Jira Software (JSW) Data Center strategyaligns team's OKRs, decisions and actions with company's priorities and strategyestablish priorities and coordinate with teams to build roadmaps that respond to business needsown and deliver on JSW DC OKRscollaborate with engineering and design managers to ensure successful delivery of high-quality customer valuecollaborate with product marketing on JSW GTM strategymaintain a strong relationship with internal stakeholders (Support, Field Teams) to ensure customer successcollaborate with Jira Software Cloud teams to help customers transition from on-prem to Cloud productsmaintain strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities aligned with company strategymonitor and evaluate JSW business metricsMore about you:You love working closely with customers and solving complex enterpriseproblems. On the first day, we'll expect you to haveExtensive product management experience, ideally working onmature products for enterprise customersDeep knowledge about the industry, market and competitive landscapeSubject matter expertise in Agile and DevOps (ADO)Experience building a compelling vision to empower teams andinspire senior stakeholdersSignificant experience defining the product vision, strategy, anddelivering value that solves problems for enterprise customersYou are customer-centric, and enjoy working directly withdesign and engineering to ship delightful productsStrong in prioritising among opportunities, balancing the needsof our customers with those of our business, and clearlycommunicating the rationale behind your decisionsGood instincts matched with deep analytical thinking.Comfortable defining and tracking key business and successmetricsAn effective relationship builder and able to influencewithout authorityConfident speaker, able to communicate at any depth on the product from strategy to technical details, adjusting their language accordingly for any audience
