You'll oversee the production of high-quality video content from concept to final edit, combining creative leadership with hands-on editing. This role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of compelling, polished, and on-brand videos across various platforms. Your work will directly influence how Fortescue communicates its mission and values to a global audience.Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for Fortescue's marketing campaigns, social media, website, and other digital platforms.Scriptwriting and Concepting: Develop and write scripts, and create concepts that align with Fortescue's strategic marketing objectives.Storytelling: Develop and execute creative concepts that align with Fortescue's strategic marketing objectives.Project Management: Lead and manage video projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand team, the broader Global Communications team, and other key stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated content.Equipment Management: Maintain and manage video production equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.Content Strategy: Develop video content strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness.Post-Production: Perform video editing, color correction, sound mixing, and other post-production tasks to ensure high-quality output.Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends in video production, social media, and digital marketing to keep content fresh and relevant.Organizational Skills: Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure efficient workflow.Qualifications and ExperienceProven experience in video production and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.Proficiency in video editing software, color correction, sound mixing, scriptwriting, and other post-production tools.Strong organizational skills, creative vision, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Alignment with Fortescue's values of frugality, innovation, and perseverance.About UsBe part of something big.
