Your Role The Process Engineering function at CSL Behring is recruiting for a Principal Process Technology Engineer to join our dynamic team at the Broadmeadows site.
You will apply fundamental engineering knowledge for the design and implementation of new process technology as part of our high priority expansion projects.
You will work with local and global counterparts spanning three continents and functions as diverse as Manufacturing, Operational Analytics, Engineering, Quality, Technical Transfer, Validation, Research & Development and Regulatory Affairs.
Your Responsibilities Reporting to the Associate Director, Process Technology Site Lead, you will:
Identify Process Engineering solutions and convert these into Design solutionsDevelop and implement upscale Strategy in collaboration with R&DCollaborate closely with other engineers, as well as cross-functionally, to implement Process Engineering solutions and execute these solutionsAssure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements during all activitiesChampion a culture of inclusiveness and teamworkCollaborate effectively with others and influence stakeholders towards enterprise outcomesEmbrace conversations needed to deliver enterprise value and build constructive and effective relationships in cross-functional, multicultural, and international teams Your Experience 5+ years' experience in Process Engineering within a pharmaceutical manufacturing operation or in a pharmaceutical operationFunctional knowledge of cGMPs and manufacturing operations in FDA regulated facilityExcellent engineering problem-solving skills to drive efficient engineering solutionsExperience with complex processes and technologies like chromatographyUnderstanding of project management principlesKnowledge of Validation, and facility regulatory submission requirementsDirect experience with regulated environments (i.e., cGMP) To apply submit your CV no later than Monday 27th May 2024.
