Position Profile: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced team leader to head our Obesity Prevention team.
This individual will serve as a senior policy advisor, leading the development of strategic public policies aimed at obesity prevention across the broader WA population and within specific target groups.
They will also be instrumental in managing the Obesity Prevention Portfolio, with a strong emphasis on fostering partnerships and collaborations that address the broader determinants of health, ultimately contributing to improving obesity-related health outcomes for the WA community.

This position is part of the Preventive Health team within the Population and Preventive Health Directorate.
The role will work closely with the Manager of Preventive Health and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the quality and impact of policy advice, partnerships, and prevention initiatives align with the strategic objectives of the Directorate.
