A focus on wide-ranging and high-profile national system reforms across aged care, disability and health have created extraordinary opportunities for the WA Health system.
The Community Programs team designs and delivers strategic programs at the interface of the hospital system and aged care, disability and broader health and community service systems, including programs that support timely discharge from hospital. There are a variety of roles available.
The Department of Health is looking to create a pool of suitable applicants to fill current and future vacancies. This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent and Fixed Term Full Time and Part Time appointments with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
