Principal Policy and Legislation OfficerAs a Principal Policy and Legislation Officer, you will provide strategic guidance and deliver impactful policy and legislative solutions that drive the Queensland Public Trustee's (QPT) vision.
Acting as a trusted advisor to executive leaders, you'll offer insightful advice on legislative reforms, strategic policy matters, emerging issues, and key risks impacting QPT.In this role, you will be integral to developing and implementing QPT's policy and legislative response to relevant social issues, including recommendations for reform from the Disability Royal Commission.
Collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders and building strong partnerships will be fundamental to exploring diverse viewpoints and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.This is a full-time temporary position until 31 December 2026, based in Brisbane CBD.
