People and Culture This is a permanent full-time position. About the role In this busy and challenging role, the Principal People and Culture Consultant is responsible for the effective delivery, development and implementation of strategic people related policies, initiatives and change management programs to meet strategic corporate priorities and compliance reporting obligations.
The Principal People and Culture Consultant performs a key role in ensuring people strategy objectives are met including effective review and rollout of the MyPlan performance development cycle, integrity and risk management and the FPC learning and development strategy.
In addition, working with the Manager Organisational Development, the role designs, develops and leads diversity, inclusion and psychosocial hazard management strategies and other workforce positioning initiatives to achieve people strategy objectives.
