This will include: Act as hiring manager for recruitment processesCoordinate end-to-end panel processes, from posting of job advertisements to submission of selection documentationManage recruitment processes on the Department's recruitment platform Springboard, and local recruitment tracking databasesAssist with development and implementation induction and onboarding programs for new wellbeing professionals in collaboration with schools and the Wellbeing Workforce teamSupport the ongoing functions of the Wellbeing Workforce in the region through the preparation and submission of reports, team coordination, and school consultationThe Principal Officer will also work closely with the regional team to deliver other work activities to support the delivery of wellbeing workforce services in the Region.
