About the role Reporting to the Chief Psychologist, Clinical Governance and Innovation, the Principal Manager Suicide Prevention Project will lead the review of the Department's suicide prevention framework for adults and young people in custody, including the research and development of suicide prevention strategies and compliance processes.
The Principal Manager will provide the clinical and project management capabilities necessary to successfully deliver the project within the identified timeframes.
Minimum Requirements: An accredited qualification in Psychology and full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist; or a Tertiary qualification in Social Work, eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers and a minimum of two years supervised experience in the field of Social Work.A current Working with Children Check, or be able to successfully apply for one.A valid 'C' Class Driver's Licence.Benefits and opportunities Flexible working arrangementsCareer pathway opportunitiesLearning and development opportunity programsApplication process Please ensure you review the attached Job Description Form (JDF) for further information about the requirements of the position.
