An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled and experienced educational leader to join the team at Windera State School, 279km from Brisbane and 227km from Toowoomba.
Windera State School caters for students from Prep to Year 6 with current enrolment numbersat approximately 25.
The ideal principal will lead an improvement agenda built around innovation, quality teaching and learning, inclusive practices and strong community partnerships.
This role is offered on a temporary full-time basis, from 08 July 2024 to 13December 2024, unless otherwise determined.

About the Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.Uphold the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.Embed socially just practices in daily school life.Set high standards for student and staff performance.Please refer to the attached role description for any mandatory requirements for this position.
