As the Principal, you will deliver the vision of the department, improve the educational outcomes of students in their schools, develop the quality of teaching and learning, and nurture positive relationships between students, teachers, the community, and stakeholders.
This role is offered on a full-time temporary basis, from 23 January 2025 until 27 June 2025 unless otherwise determined.

About Ingleside State School
We are a coeducational school, located 15 minutes from Burleigh Heads on Tallebudgera Creek.
Our current enrolment is 128 students in Prep to Year 6.
The small school environment allows us to provide quality education in a calm and peaceful setting.
We have a very close working relationship with our community.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead the school community to develop, articulate, and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
Uphold the principalship as a values-based, ethical, and moral activity.
Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
Set high standards for student and staff performance.
