We are looking for a skilled senior lawyer with 7+ years of post-admission experience (PAE) and a strong background in technology law, particularly in privacy, data, technology, and intellectual property (IP).

Key Responsibilities: Provide legal support to NHVR's Procurement and Data & Technology teamsDraft, advise on, and negotiate technology contracts, data sharing agreements, and confidentiality agreementsProvide advice on IT procurement, outsourcing, and compliance with data and privacy legislationAdvise on intellectual property protection and management in AustraliaAssist the Manager of Legal Services in developing and continuously improving the NHVR's IP FrameworkMentor junior Legal Services team membersOffer strategic advice to ensure effective management of legal risksAbout You: To be successful in this role, you will have:
