Legal Aid Queensland's Family Law Services plays an important role in the state's justice system, and the Child Protection Team is recognised as a leading provider of specialist legal services to vulnerable parents, children and young people, assisting them with child protection and related matters.

What you will do:
Manage and supervise a team of professional and administrative staff Lead, monitor and report on the operational performance of the team and its Child Protection Early Legal Service and Child Protection Outreach Legal Service Develop, implement and improve systems and processes to manage the allocation of files, workflow and administration within the team Supervise the legal work and develop the legal skills of, train and guide staff within Family Law Services About you: The successful candidate will have:
Experience in managing and supervising a team of professional and administrative staff Experience in leading and delivering legal services and meeting organisational objectives while fostering a healthy and inclusive workplace Extensive experience in the conduct of complex child protection, domestic and family violence and family law and related matters including advocacy, preparation for and attendance at final hearing The ability to present in a clear, concise and articulate manner in both oral and written formats and communicate effectively with clients with complex needs and internal and external stakeholders What we can offer you:
