What you will do: Manage and supervise a team of professional and administrative staffLead, monitor and report on the operational performance of the team and its Child Protection Early Legal Service and Child Protection Outreach Legal ServiceDevelop, implement and improve systems and processes to manage the allocation of files, workflow and administration within the teamSupervise the legal work and develop the legal skills of, train and guide staff within Family Law ServicesAbout you: The successful candidate will have: Experience in managing and supervising a team of professional and administrative staffExperience in leading and delivering legal services and meeting organisational objectives while fostering a healthy and inclusive workplaceExtensive experience in the conduct of complex child protection, domestic and family violence and family law and related matters including advocacy, preparation for and attendance at final hearingThe ability to present in a clear, concise and articulate manner in both oral and written formats and communicate effectively with clients with complex needs and internal and external stakeholdersWhat we can offer you: 36.25 hrs per week (full time hours)12.75% employer super contributionsGenerous salary packaging availableStudy leave for approved work-related courses.Interested?
