Principal Integration Specialist

We are currently assisting a QLD Government organisation in the recruitment of an experienced Principal Integration Specialist to join their teams on a part-time contract basis (3 x 8 hour days) until May 2025.

What do you need to apply for this role? The applicant requires significant experience and demonstrated knowledge of:
Functional and technical requirements of SAP S4/HANA Best Practice with integration to third party solutions (Noveco) and business intelligence.Business processes management.Cost management and accounting practices.Project management methodologies.What you will be doing: Significant work is underway to ensure the Services for Brisbane (SfB) program is successful, enabling transformation of the organisation's processes and systems.
A critical success element is the integration between finance, assets and projects to ensure whole organisation outcomes are achieved.

The Principal Integration Finance/EAM/Projects will ensure the implementation of "Best Practice" SAP functionality with integration to third party solutions and Business Intelligence landscapes by:

Providing strategic and functional (finance, asset and project) advice working closely with BCC key personnel including:Portfolio and Project Management Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Execution.Enterprise Asset Management Budgeting and Execution.Asset capitalisation and depreciation simulation including Work Breakdown Structure definition for assignment of Asset Under Construction.Maintenance cost budgeting (short and long term integration requirements).Asset Investment Planning integration to EPPM (longer term integration requirements).Financial integration of Noveco solutions to the overall planning and budgeting solutions.Including:
Cost forecasting alignment.Baseline planning.Scheduling integration with estimation, cost forecasting and project execution.Integration with EPPM from overall process, planning and budgeting perspective integration and definition of financial views required.Alignment of processes and structures across the enterprise solution to ensure understanding of enterprise budgeting and planning requirements.Contract Management integration across EPPM and EAM (focusing on level of data capture, asset capitalisation requirements, retentions and contract close out).And all Randstad Technologies contractors receive: Access to a Udemy license for ongoing learning and continuous professional development.Access to exclusive discounts across various platforms.Discounts on private health funds.
