Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and personable leader to join our Rockhampton team and provide innovative and strategic advice to our clients. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a growing professional services firm and transition to being a Partner.
About the role:
As a Principal within our firm, you will form part of the leadership group for the business, its clients and stakeholders. You will work closely with the Partners and broader leadership group to provide clients with key advice and services while identifying business opportunities with new and existing clients.
You will have the opportunity to:
Work on A grade clients
Provide personalised, strategic advice and innovative solutions to support client's needs
Identify and action new client opportunities and servicing existing client relationships to drive loyalty and retention
Manage a team, clients and stakeholders
Assist with developing team capability through succession planning, training and career development
About you:
Experienced in a professional services role for 8+ years providing corporate finance and tax advice; consulting to a broad range of clients
A qualified CA/CPA or equivalent
Someone who has had extensive exposure to larger client groups and sophisticated business structures with multiple entities and technical complexity
An engaged people leader with internal management experience
