The Principal Human Resources Advisor is a newly created position where you will have the opportunity to make a genuine difference. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislative and industrial frameworks while fostering a positive workplace culture. By delivering specialist advice and managing HR projects, the Principal HR Advisor contributes to ensuring alignment of the Office's workforce management initiatives with the organisation's strategic goals, driving employee engagement, performance, and effective change management across the entire organisation.
We're seeking a people centric Principal Human Resources Advisor to join our passionate team of professionals. In this newly created role, you will partner with stakeholders across the whole organisation to drive enterprise-wide cultural programs forward, tailor Office specific people initiatives and broker effective people related outcomes across the employee lifecycle, whilst delivering service excellence.
The Opportunity: The Principal Human Resources Advisor will take the lead in providing strategic and operationally focused HR advice, particularly in the areas of industrial and employee relations, complex case management, performance management, industrial instruments, and HR policy and procedures.
What's On Offer: Contract, full-time based in Paddington, Brisbane CBD
Total Remuneration value $145,856 - $156,184. Base salary $127,842 to $136,895 plus leave loading and 12.75% superannuation
