More specifically, this role will work in a dynamic team supporting BHP Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA) partnering with Functional stakeholders that support our Coal Operations.The role provides advice to Senior Leaders on effective people processes to influence the culture and performance of our business. You will shape the people strategy for BMA to ensure we have the right talent, capability and culture to support exceptional performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead specific BMA HR projectsCoach Leaders in cultural advancement, capability uplift, talent and leadership developmentIdentify and implement improvement initiatives that contribute to the culture and productivity imperativeProvide guidance on HR strategy and context to enable and embed transformationPlay a key role in strategically business partnering senior leaders during business planning processes and the development of Strategic Workforce PlansAbout YouYou will have broad HR experience, with exposure to working with and coaching across all levels of an organisation. You will have experience working within a complex organisation and be passionate about supporting Leaders in creating an empowered high performing culture.You will be innovative in your thinking to enable the future direction of our organisation and the future work of our employees. You are collaborative and seek to build strong partnerships across the HR team. It is important that you are down to earth, resilient, agile to change, have an eye for detail and are results driven.
