As the Principal HR Advisor, you will be the central coordination point for People and Culture to lead the review of business processes and manage projects within the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer.
This role combines HR and administrative responsibilities. You will have a background in HR, strong organisational capabilities, a keen eye for detail, excellent time management, and effective problem-solving skills. More than anything, you will bring a positive attitude and make a valuable contribution to our connected People and Culture team.
As the Principal HR Advisor you will: Provide expert human resources advice and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, the People and Culture leadership team, and the Chief Human Resources Officer.Lead, manage, and track projects related to human resources services and initiatives.Lead the review of business processes within People and Culture and recommend initiatives to enhance the delivery of human resources services across DPI.Develop and monitor the People and Culture operational plan with the Chief Human Resources Officer to ensure that deliverables are on track.Prepare, review, and edit correspondence and/or reports for review by the Chief Human Resources Officer.Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders.Supervise the Executive Support Officer and ensure deliverables and timeframes are met.Why work for us Work with passion and purposeHave a tangible impact, for today and tomorrowEnjoy interesting, diverse workFollow your path wherever it leadsGet the flexibility and support you need to thriveBe part of our one, diverse DPIFind purpose you feel, impact you see, and a legacy you bring to life.
