About the role This is the senior operational leadership role at our school, managing day-to-day operations and providing oversight of staff and student management, curriculum, administrative and pastoral oversight to our K-10 School. As we are a small school, the principal carries a teaching load and provides pedagogical, curriculum, student management, and pastoral support to staff. This is a management role with a growth, curriculum, and compliance focus and is actively supported by the school oversight.
