An exciting opportunity to work at South East Region as a Principal Finance Advisor. The successful applicant will undertake intensive financial case management, including strategy development and implementation, withschools. They will provide high quality strategic advice to schools around investment decisions and work closely with Senior Finance Business Partners who also work with schools. They will work as a team of Principal FinanceBusiness Partners to address identified priority issues and deliver improvement initiatives across the state.

About the Role Responsibilities include:
Provide specialist advice and intensive case management to schools and the region regarding complex financial management issues and opportunities to enable sustainable resource management and investment decisions.Take a lead role in developing state wide approaches to resolving priority issues.Deliver high quality data analytics focused on educational and student outcomes, and communicate relevant insights to stakeholders.Develop and implement interventions, strategies and advice to drive improved student outcomes and effective resource management.Please view the Role Description for a full list of responsibilities. About You: The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate their experience in complex and detailed data analysis, providing high quality advice on complex matters, and developing and implementing intervention strategies and proactive initiatives with stakeholders.
Strong relationship building skills and the ability to provide training and one on one or group capability development with Principals and BusinessManagers will be critical to these roles.
