Your Key Accountabilities will include: Develop strategies, manage and provide advice for the planning, delivery, and solutions of facilities management services, including security services, building issues, disaster recovery, building maintenance, accommodation and office fit out and business continuity, for Aviation Capability Group sites. Develop strategies and manage the identification, planning, delivery and solutions for information and communication technology resources and issues at Aviation Capability Group sites. Identify, lead, and monitor effective and efficient administrative projects through the improvement of systems, standards and procedures, ensuring priorities are delivered on time. Co-ordinate and/or prepare reports, ministerial submissions, briefs and correspondence on aviation capability. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Represent the department on interdepartmental forums to deliver safe, timely and responsive frontline aviation services. Supervise, appraise and monitor the performance of staff and foster a culture of professional development and continuous improvement.
