Principal, Equity Administration (Hybrid 2 days a week - Redwood City, California)Informatica is seeking a Manager, Equity Administration with a deep knowledge of and extensive experience using Equity Edge Online. CEP Level 3 is a plus. This role will ensure seamless administration of Informatica's global equity plans and will work cross-functionally to maintain equity-related systems and processes. We seek someone with excellent problem-solving and communication skills who will be a proactive resource for plan participants at all levels of the organization. The Manager, Equity Administration will report to the Director, Equity Administration.
This role will administer the Company's equity plans for employees worldwide, ensuring that all transactions are correctly and accurately processed. It will partner closely with internal teams, including payroll, treasury, legal, tax, internal audit, and global compensation, and provide a high level of customer service when responding to employee and management inquiries.
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll DoAdminister the Company's equity programs, including performance stock units ("PSU"), restricted stock units ("RSU"), non-qualified stock options, and an employee stock purchase plan ("ESPP").Process grants and releases of PSUs and RSUs, including payroll tax withholding calculations; exercises of non-qualified stock options, including payroll tax withholding calculations; all aspects of the ESPP, including employee enrollment, processing and reconciling employee contributions, and share issuance.Maintain Equity Edge Online employee stock.Answer employee questions and resolve problems regarding equity.Act as a liaison between employees and the company.Process stock transactions for a global audience.Prepare account reconciliations, analyses, and journal entries.Work with internal and external audit parties and respond to auditor inquiries.Generate reports for audit, tax, legal, and other filings as needed.Prepare monthly equity plan summary rollforward and related capitalization tables.Assist with SOX procedures related to equity.Assist with various ad-hoc reporting/analysis equity-related.What We'd Like to SeeBachelor's degree in accounting or another finance-related field.Minimum of 5 years experience with stock plan administration, including experience with PSUs, RSUs, non-qualified stock options, and an ESPP with a public company preferred.Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.Role EssentialsAbility to interface and work with various individuals at all levels.Expertise with Equity Edge Online and Excel.CEP Level 3 designation preferred or equivalent experience.Perks & BenefitsComprehensive health, vision, and wellness benefits (Paid parental leave, adoption benefits, life insurance, disability insurance and 401k plan or international pension/retirement plans).Flexible time-off policy and hybrid working practices.Equity opportunities and an employee stock purchase program (ESPP).Comprehensive Mental Health and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefit.We're guided by our DATA values and we are passionate about building and delivering solutions that accelerate data innovations.
