If so, join our team as an Enterprise Compliance Principal!There's never been a more exciting time to join Power and Water Corporation, a Northern Territory Government (NTG) owned utility that operates across a geographic area of 1.3 million square kilometres and within a range of diverse environmental conditions, ranging from the arid dry of the central desert to the tropical monsoon of the top end.
The corporation generates, transmits and distributes electricity, supplies water and wastewater treatment services across the Northern Territory (NT) for the benefit of residents, including remote and isolated Aboriginal communities and outstations.In this role, you'll manage and enhance our compliance management and policy frameworks, fostering a culture of transparency with robust breach reporting and internal reviews.
You'll manage compliance performance reporting to meet our regulatory requirements and provide clear, independent reports to senior management and external stakeholders.
Plus, you'll implement and continuously improve our process governance framework and approach to quality management.We're looking for someone with exceptional stakeholder management skills, excellent written and oral communication abilities, and strong organisational skills to balance priorities and meet deadlines.
You should have comprehensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in compliance management within a utilities environment, proven success in developing and maintaining compliance frameworks, and a track record of leading successful teams.
Relevant governance, risk and compliance accreditation, experience using a GRC management system, knowledge of policy and procedure frameworks, and demonstrated experience in business process management frameworks and/or quality management is highly desirable.At Power and Water Corporation, we value excellence, integrity, and collaboration.
