You will also be tasked in mentoring and the development of more junior engineers, ensuring that we are cultivating and supporting our Engineers of tomorrow.A full position description is available on request, but a snapshot of your day to day will look like (but not be limited to):Being a technical leader, proactively maintain effective networks and relevant industry relationships to gain cooperation in meeting business and client outcomes.Complying with all role specific HSEQ obligations.Establishing project OHS&E objectives and targets.Promoting the continual improvement of best practice OHS&E and Quality systems and behaviours.Coaching others in the identification and management of ethical issues associated with area of work or practice area.Providing technical review of work performed by the team.Providing expert technical input to a diverse range of projects in line with WSP quality system and client requirements.Mentoring junior engineers in technical, project delivery and client relationships.Providing expert input to pursuits and proposals.About YouYou're likely to be a proven leader in overhead wiring and Safety in Design.
